    Description

Many studies suggest that a food supplement containing Chlorella pyrenoidosa can be helpful in keeping the health preserving as effective your immune system; the seaweed in fact is able to lead to the modulation of the immune response1,7,8 through the activation of monocytes2,3,4,5,6 .
Chlorella is to be considered a good agent for chelating heavy metals such as nickel, copper, cadmium, chromium and mercury 15,16,17,18,19,20,21 12 it is also a source of vitamins, minerals12, protein and amino acids, some of which are essential as lysine, threonine13, leucine, and other such as alanine, arginine, serine and glutamic acid14 and, given the high concentration of carotenoids, also a good antioxidant9,10,11.

    Fields of application

    • Improves the immune system
    • Provides an adequate supply of amino acids
    • Chelating action against heavy metals
