    Description

Melcalin Epadox is a food supplement that contains plants such as chicory and thistle, useful for supporting hepatobiliary function.

Melcalin Epadox contains plants useful for liver protection and dyspeptic problems.
In addition to having antioxidant properties, Chicory [2,3] has been shown to have also hepatic protective effects by decreasing cellular necroses and accelerating cellular protein synthesis. [1,4]The Cnicus Benedictus and Geum Urbanum improve biliary secretion and help regulate hepatic function [7,8]while the active ingredients of Artemisia play an important protective role against liver damage through antioxidant activity [5,6]; equally important is the extract of Melissa who has demonstrated hypolipidemic and protective effects on the liver. [9].

    Fields of application

    • Liver protection.
    • Dyspeptic disorders.
