    Descrizione

    Melcalin HOPs contiene estratto di Luppolo ad alta titolazione, che lo rende un valido supporto in caso di disturbi legati alla sfera emotiva, a stati di agitazione, ansia, per favorire il rilassamento in situazioni di stress e nelle problematiche ad esso correlate come la perdita del ritmo sonno-veglia.
    Le infiorescenze femminili di Humulus lupulus (luppolo) sono state a lungo utilizzate nella medicina tradizionale per il trattamento dei disturbi del sonno; oggi la ricerca scientifica ne conferma l’utilizzo dimostrando come i principi attivi del Luppolo siano in grado di agire sui ritmi circadiani che regolano il 1,2,3,4 sonno .
    Il Luppolo è indicato anche nei disturbi d’umore come l’irrequietezza e l’ansia oltre che per l’attività 5 antidepressiva .
    Di notevole interesse è l’azione antinfiammatoria6 riscontrabile nell’abbassamento del livello di proteina C- 7,8,10 9 reattiva, TNF-alfa, IL-6 e nell’inibizione dell’attività della Ciclossigenasi 2 .
